Merry Christmas

As part of my family's Christmas tradition we always go and look at lights. My dad and I jumped out of the car and took a few shots at this awesome house, my dad is too funny! Stephen and I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, we're heading on a road trip this next week, stay turned for some pictures from our adventure and a maternity shoot.

Pondy Staff Reunion

A weekend filled with amazing friends; non stop laughter; and of course, Pete's coffee and Jamba juice, are among just a few of the words that can help paint a picture for these unforgettable few days. Stephen and I have spent the last three summers working at Mount Hermon summer camps and last year we both worked together at Ponderosa Lodge, the high school and junior high camp. You can't get all of us in a room together without a dance party breaking out with everyone wearing crazy clothes. On Sunday mornings just before the campers arrived many of us women staff would spend the time at Pete's coffee catching up and living life together right before our adventure would begin. I love everyone on the Pondy 2011 staff and you all hold such a special place in our hearts. Both Stephen and I were reminded of God's faithfulness and that we need to continue leading those around us one step closer to Christ. Hope you all are enjoying your Christmas Eve day, I know we are. Carly and JJ

Carly and JJ, you two are such genuine and compassionate people to be around. Your love for each other and the Lord is so evident and encouraging to see. I enjoyed this shoot so much! Carly and JJ were married in October and we did a fun shoot that incorporated the ring JJ picked out for Carly and her favorite flower that she used at the wedding, sunflowers. Enjoy!

I had a blast working with this two and seeing their love for each other reflect as I looked through my lens. Thank you JJ and Carly for serving Chico CRU and being a light in a dark place. Hooray for finals being over and spending this next couple of weeks with Stephen. Keep your eyes out for our new website coming soon.

Sam and Carlie

Stephen and I have known these two since high school and have many memories with them. Thank you Sam and Carlie for always being up for an adventure with Stephen and I. We appreciate your friendship and look forward to more fun times! Now off to continue studying for finals
