To celebrate my mother's birthday and enjoy an afternoon with Stephen's mom Shirley we make lots and lots of cupcakes. The one featured on the blog was a vanilla cupcake with white chocolate ganache and to top it off a cranberry pomegranate swiss meringue buttercream and boy were they tasty!
